Our Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc is bright and vibrant, with crunchy apple, kiwifruit, rockmelon and lemon zest aromas. The fruit intensity makes it immediately approachable and enjoyable. Excellent Hawke’s Bay flavours will make this bubbly a firm favourite.

Our new label features New Zealand’s iconic Pōhutukawa flowers, depicted in Art Deco style. The grapes for this Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc (and all of our wines), are sourced in Hawke’s Bay, and the wines are crafted at our winery – Hawke’s Bay Wine Co.
