Left on the lees before blending to build texture and concentrate the flavour. This Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc is bright and fresh with passionfruit, feijoa and Gala apple, with subtle musky aromas. Excellent Hawke’s Bay flavours make this bubbly a firm favourite.
