Give the adults a treat this Easter! With a delicious Easter Rosé Sangria.

 

You Will Need:
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 Cups Strawberries/Blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves
  • Sparkling Water to Serve (Optional)
To Make:
Chop the orange (leaving the skin on), and halve the strawberries. Mix with the sugar, and leave to sit for about 15mins at room temp.
Pour in the wine and brandy, and add the mint leaves and lemon (sliced).
Stir, and refrigerate for 1-3hrs, to let the flavours combine.
Serve over ice, and top each glass with sparkling water for a bit of extra freshness as you sip.

 

**Hot tip: Easter Rosé Sangria pairs nicely with your kids leftover chocolate…. 😉
